The Challenge

Despite their strong market position and innovative product line, Cooneen Protection has faced operational challenges, particularly in managing their documentation processes. The manual and repetitive nature of document collation has resulted in inefficiencies and missed opportunities. A particular challenge was efficiently retrieving and using information from their extensive document repository. The company needed a way to quickly and accurately access critical business information using simple, natural language.

The Solution

The solution involved developing an AI-powered system tailored to Cooneen Protection’s needs. This system was designed to streamline the way staff interact with and search through company documents. A user-friendly interface was created, making it simple for employees to ask questions and receive quick, accurate responses back.By organising and processing their existing documents, the AI tool enables Cooneen's team to handle complex queries efficiently.
